About the role

  • Use our recruitment tools and headhunting strategies to source, attract, and onboard new Tappers in-market
  • Embed in local markets to build pipelines through on-the-ground networking, events, and partnerships - not just waiting for inbound
  • Kick off roles effectively: align with hiring managers, calibrate on “what good looks like,” and drive candidates into process quickly
  • Own the full cycle - from first touch to signed offer - ensuring speed, quality, and candidate experience are gold standard
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies per market and role to raise the bar on talent quality
  • Set and uphold SLAs/KPIs on process speed, candidate grading, and pipeline health
  • Champion the candidate experience end to end: understand their motivations, ensure process clarity, and provide thoughtful feedback
  • Be seen as a bar raiser in-market - holding high standards on interviews, process, and hiring quality
  • Share insights and feedback from markets with the broader recruiting team to continuously refine how we hire globally

Requirements

  • Fluency in French & English (required)
  • Experience in proactive, high-quality sourcing (agency or in-house)
  • Exposure to at least one startup/scale-up environment (Series A–D ideally)
  • Proven ability to recruit and close A+ level talent
  • Comfort with a data-first approach (KPIs, funnel metrics, conversion tracking)
  • Strong resilience; unbothered by changing priorities or directions
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and defend decisions while building trust
  • Excited to be on the ground in-market for extended periods, operating with independence and ownership
