Field Marketing Manager executing event strategies for Relevance AI, focusing on high-impact field marketing programs in the AI industry.
Responsibilities
Execute a structured field marketing program of min two events per month (VIP executive + public workshop)
Own end-to-end event planning: audience curation, invites, logistics, budget, execution, and follow-up
Design event experiences that highlight customer stories and foster authentic peer engagement
Manage an annual budget, making smart, impact-focused decisions
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure event strategy drives GTM outcomes
Travel 30–40% to support events in other regions, including Sydney, with local support
Lead global field marketing, with 30–40% U.S. travel, and oversee Sydney events in partnership with local teams
Partner with Marketing team to capture and produce event content
Requirements
3+ years of field marketing experience, ideally in developer tools, AI, data, or B2B SaaS
Proven ability to run high-touch executive events (VIP dinners, roundtables, workshops)
Experience managing budgets and optimizing for impact
Strong executional skills - able to independently deliver polished, strategic events end-to-end
Skilled at building and curating the right audiences to drive meaningful conversations and pipeline
US/SF exposure (global is preferred) and comfort working cross-functionally with distributed teams
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where ownership and proactivity are key
