Field Marketing Manager delivering marketing strategies for Biosurgery within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery. Driving product adoption through stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Implement and adapt overarching marketing plans within assigned territories
Monitor and report on field activities, providing insights for continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with sales and clinical teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Play a key role in driving NPI strategies within select accounts
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches in targeted accounts
Provide feedback from the field to inform product positioning and marketing messaging
Apply procedural and product expertise to support and engage our sales team
Provide technical and clinical insights to enable the sales team to build credibility and foster relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with sales to find opportunities for surgeon engagement, education, and demonstrations
Assist in driving product adoption and conversions through strategic support and targeted interactions with sales-driven initiatives
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Advanced degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare organizations (within commercial or marketing roles)
Proven track record of success in Biosurgery (sales, marketing or commercial roles)
Deep understanding of surgical procedures, clinical workflows, and stakeholder engagement in biosurgery focus specialties (Ortho Joint, Cardiovascular, Vascular, Spine, HPB, and GYN)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
Willingness to travel up to 60% of time
