About the role
- Marketing Teamkoordinator handling diverse marketing tasks to boost BG-Graspointner's brand recognition and product sales internationally. Coordinating teams and marketing operations in a sustainable company.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of a wide range of marketing activities aimed at increasing BG‑Graspointner’s brand awareness and driving product sales internationally (via print, social media, trade shows, newsletters, website, SEO & SEA, PR, etc.)
- Managing graphic and other production by prioritizing tasks for designers, copywriters and external agencies
- Coordination of the graphics team with a view to a future team lead position
- Close collaboration with marketing managers of sister companies and other departments
- Supporting the head of marketing and contributing to selected projects and special topics within the BG group
- Preparation of approvals and decision-making documents
- Management of translation activities using a professional software solution
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) or A‑levels/high school diploma; FH (University of Applied Sciences) or university degree welcome
- Experience as a team coordinator, team leader or in an assistant role is an advantage, preferably in marketing
- Enjoys communication and organization combined with a strong service orientation
- Excellent prioritization skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of CMS systems and newsletter tools is an advantage, with willingness to learn new tools
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
