Digital Marketing Manager implementing digital marketing measures for Avia Pharma portfolio. Aiming to increase product awareness and attract new customers in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Support in the operational implementation of digital marketing concepts/strategies/measures for both professional and lay audiences
Project responsibility for smaller campaigns and digital projects (landing pages, media campaigns, etc.) in coordination with the responsible Brand Managers & Medical Marketing
Internal CMS editorial work for our brand websites
Support in editorial planning
Independent creation of newsletters with approval by Brand Managers
Carrying out SEO/GEO activities: monitoring and action planning
Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating competitor activities
Conducting analyses and preparing KPI reports, cost-benefit evaluations and performance tracking of ongoing and new digital projects
Managing social media activities in collaboration with the external service provider
Management and coordination of external partners for digital market development
Collaboration & support for Brand Managers in investment decisions and action planning through idea generation, performance feedback and concrete recommendations for action
Budget planning and control for the respective area of responsibility in cooperation with the responsible Brand Managers
Requirements
Experience maintaining content and working with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
Initial experience with Google Analytics and comparable systems
Basic knowledge of online marketing (social media, SEA and SEO) is an advantage
Initial experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
Strong customer focus (internal) and quality awareness
Ability to work focused and solution-oriented under time pressure
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Creativity and resourcefulness to shape a customer-focused online presence
Very good command of German and English
