About the role

  • Own the CEO’s inbox and calendar: prioritize items, manage meetings, coordinate travel, and handle stakeholder communications across multiple countries.
  • Prepare strategic briefings, track decisions, and ensure plans are executed.
  • Coordinate with leadership, investors, partners, and external advisors (legal, tax, etc.), often in English and under tight deadlines.
  • Organize and attend key international meetings, events, and site visits — travel is part of the role.
  • Support and progressively co-lead projects that drive the company forward.
  • Bring structure, clarity, and a calm presence to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Manage communications and structure information flow.
  • Work closely with the CEO with the long-term goal of gaining deep strategic insight and developing comparable entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making skills.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a relevant field
  • Completed university degree; field of study and level of qualification are flexible
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow quickly — you want responsibility rather than routine
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Clear and confident communication in German (C2+) and English (B2+)
  • Tech-savvy, hands-on, and willing to ask smart questions
  • Curious about how strategy, finance, and leadership function in a scaling company

Benefits

  • A real-world, MBA-like education in growth and leadership: learn directly from experienced founders and executives who built an international deep-tech group from the ground up
  • Coaching and learning programs tailored to your personal development, from communication to leadership and negotiation
  • A front-row seat in the quantum revolution: collaborate with global partners and research institutions shaping the future
  • Flat hierarchies and real impact: your ideas and voice matter, whether you’ve been here a week or five years
  • Team culture: a close-knit team that values humor, trust, and mutual growth
  • Flexible hybrid setup (Vienna HQ + remote days)
  • Complimentary fruit, high-quality Italian espresso, tea, and sweet snacks
