About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the Vice President of Culture and Engagement at SSM Health. Manage schedules, communications, and provide administrative assistance in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Vice President of Culture and Engagement.
  • Manage complex schedules and coordinate communications.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and track budgets.
  • Prepare for and facilitate meetings and special events.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
  • Two years' Executive Assistant experience, 5 years + preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
