About the role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar, travel, and meeting management
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of briefs, agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, offsites, and leadership meetings
  • Monitor tasks and ensure timely follow-ups across cross-functional teams
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Translate or proofread documents as needed between English and Arabic
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring smooth communications across global and local teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders, ideally in an international or communications environment
  • Strong command of Arabic and English (fluency required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
