About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing administrative support to senior leadership at Huron. Managing schedules, communications, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and drafting materials
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Coordinate communications between executive and stakeholders
  • Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Create, review, and edit reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and correspondence
  • Prepare, track, and submit expense reports for executive
  • Oversee office operations and supplies management
  • Coordinate and manage projects on behalf of the executive

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce a plus
  • Familiarity with online travel tools and time and expense reporting process
  • Strong organizational skills, high-level prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of flexibility
