About the role

  • Coordinate logistics for internal events.
  • Manage virtual event platforms.
  • Assist the Events Manager and Events Director for external events.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to post-event wrap-up activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years supporting or managing events in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Cvent experience required.
  • Strong understanding of virtual event platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
