About the role

  • Develop and manage Everstake’s global annual events roadmap
  • Own full-cycle project management of Everstake’s first ever hosted conference
  • Manage all vendors: production, A/V, stage design, logistics, hospitality, and security
  • Ensure a seamless on-site execution with a focus on premium guest experience
  • Conceptualize and execute Everstake side events
  • Manage Everstake’s participation at external industry events
  • Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Marketing teams to align messaging and visuals
  • Own all event-related budgets, P&L tracking, and vendor payments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event/project management (preferably in fintech, crypto, or institutional sectors)
  • Proven record of managing large-scale conferences or summits (1000+ attendees)
  • Strong vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with production workflows (staging, lighting, audio, branding)
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace
