Support the planning, configuration, and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across departments
Act as a liaison between internal teams, IT, and external consultants to ensure alignment of system functionality with business requirements
Assist with data migration efforts, including extraction, cleansing, validation, and import into Business Central
Oversee system integration with existing applications and workflows
Monitor implementation progress, track milestones, and escalate risks or roadblocks to ensure a successful deployment
Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides tailored to different teams
Conduct training sessions (both virtual and in-person) to ensure employees can navigate and effectively use Business Central
Serve as the first point of contact for end-user questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions with IT or vendors
Provide real-time support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization
Gather user feedback to identify system challenges and recommend improvements for better adoption
Analyze and document existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies that can be improved with Business Central
Collaborate with department leads to implement standardized best practices within the new system
Support change management efforts by communicating system benefits, addressing user concerns, and fostering adoption
Develop and maintain process documentation for future reference and ongoing system optimization
Assist in the development and execution of system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate that Business Central meets business requirements
Work with department leads to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that Business Central meets operational needs
Identify, document, and track system issues, coordinating with IT and vendors for resolution
Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting requirements, and data integrity standards
Support go-live activities, monitor system performance, and assist in post-implementation stabilization efforts
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and/or inventory management
Experience working with ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools
Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit)
