About the role

  • Meet acquisition sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis through the creation of customer-centric solutions
  • Manage your territory with a clear plan for expansion that prioritises time and effort for maximum impact
  • Build and nurturing new business networks, generating leads, and managing a full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Collaborate with marketing to carry out campaigns that drive sales and customer outcomes
  • Stay on top of product knowledge, competitor insights, and industry trends to offer expert advice and solutions
  • Use sales tools to deliver professional presentations, proposals, and value insights to clients
  • Maintain accurate records in Hubspot and ensuring strong post-sale follow-ups for referrals and ongoing success

Requirements

  • A proven sales track record, including exceeding quotas and winning new customers in SaaS or technology solution sales
  • Proven enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on delivering complex solutions to medium-to-large organisations with hands-on experience selling ERP products
  • A deep understanding of ERP systems and their business applications, enabling you to connect product capabilities with customer needs
  • Experience managing sophisticated sales cycles with multiple customers in industries like manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or construction (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an ability to influence those around you
  • Customer-focused approach, with resilience and a commitment to achieving results
  • Outstanding planning, organising, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of MYOB Acumatica ERP or similar products (desirable) and a curiosity about innovative thinking
