About the role

  • Strategic Account Executive growing clients within the Aetna Business Unit of CVS Health. Leading account teams and developing client relationships to achieve satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior level liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit
  • Lead the strategic account team with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to recommend CVS Health solutions
  • Develop and deliver quarterly and annual reporting to clients
  • Formulate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Execute client renewals by building relationships with key client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related work experience
  • At least 3 years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare
  • Proven sales experience
  • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, equivalent experience may be considered
