Strategic Account Executive growing clients within the Aetna Business Unit of CVS Health. Leading account teams and developing client relationships to achieve satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the senior level liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit
Lead the strategic account team with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery
Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions
Work collaboratively with internal teams
Utilize consultative selling skills to recommend CVS Health solutions
Develop and deliver quarterly and annual reporting to clients
Formulate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Execute client renewals by building relationships with key client stakeholders
Requirements
7+ years of related work experience
At least 3 years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare
Proven sales experience
Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree required, equivalent experience may be considered
