About the role

  • Kundenbindung/Telefonischer Vertriebsmitarbeiter in innovativer Umwelttechnologie bei IMS Group GmbH. Aktive Neukundenakquise und Unterstützung des Vertriebsaußendienstes.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new customers
  • Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
  • Supporting all field sales activities
  • Active outbound telephone acquisition of new customers
  • Preparing and processing quotes, follow-up quotes, orders and order confirmations
  • Collaborating with and supporting various internal departments as well as our subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a call center, telephone sales or customer service is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German language skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
