About the role

  • Drive value and foster long-term partnerships with enterprise customers post-sale
  • Ensure customer success, align investments to business objectives, facilitate organizational growth
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders; serve as trusted advisor
  • Guide clients toward achieving KPIs, driving retention, renewal, and growth across portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align account activities with customers' business case and strategic objectives
  • Execute on agreed plans and timelines with customers
  • Develop and maintain joint impact plans for top accounts
  • Inform and guide customers on new features and releases
  • Monitor adoption and utilization trends; recommend tailored actions
  • Identify renewal risks and retention challenges; work with sales to secure renewals
  • Identify upselling and expansion opportunities; enable named AEs to drive growth
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews
  • Advocate for customers; channel feedback to product and service teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical client portfolios
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments; agile multitasking
  • Industry-specific expertise in media monitoring, SaaS, PR, or Marketing
  • Bonus: Project Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Language] and English
  • Legal ability to work in the country of hire
  • Openness to hybrid work schedule; presence in office one day per month
