Responsibilities

Gezieltes Bewerbungscoaching
Leitung und Durchführung eigener Kurse und Workshops
1:1-Coachings zur Unterstützung bei Jobsuche
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung professioneller Bewerbungsunterlagen
Förderung der Motivation und Entwicklung individueller Lösungsansätze
Aufbau und Pflege eines aktiven Firmen- und Alumninetzwerks
Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der internen Career-Success-Prozesse
Dokumentation und Pflege aller relevanten Informationen
Requirements
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Pädagogik, Psychologie, Wirtschaft oder Coaching
Fundierte Bewerbungsexpertise
Erfahrung im Bereich HR, Recruiting oder Career Coaching, idealerweise im Tech- oder Data-Umfeld
Gute Kenntnisse aktueller Arbeitsmarkttrends
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot, Asana, MS Office)
Hohe Datenaffinität
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
