About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the I.T. business mission of a large-scale government enterprise’s IT infrastructure.
- Collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
- Team with an organization’s leaders to provide a holistic view of the enterprise from different perspectives.
- Provide a view for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors with the understanding of budget constraints.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
- Exceptional interpersonal and professional maturity and senior-level IT competency.
- Experience with various EA frameworks, including Zachman and TOGAF.
- Demonstrated engineering abilities in Windows Desktop applications, remote access, MS Windows 7, SQL Server, VMware, EMC, SAN storage, Cloud as a service, Broadworks, Polycomm, BlackBerry, Apple iOS, information security, wireless technologies, system networking, etc.
- Understanding and utilization of ITIL, project management (PMI), Agile, Configuration and Change controls.
- Capability in providing technical engineering practices recommendations, advice, and enhancements from integration engagements of prior successful systems integrations.
- Exceptional writing/verbal/interpersonal negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work confidently and independently with minor guidance.
- VMware server and VDI understanding/experience, Knowledge of PKI, MS Windows 2003 Terminal Server, MS Windows 2008R2 Server, Cisco UCS, Broadworks, Polycomm, BlackBerry, iOS, Android OS, Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, CISSP.
