Responsibilities

Requirements
Completed technical training and several years of experience in technical support
Solid knowledge of WordPress, Joomla and similar CMS platforms
Familiarity with FTP, SSH and related technologies
Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit
