About the role

  • Technical Customer Support Agent providing support and troubleshooting for webhosting and domain customers. Engage in product development actively while ensuring excellent customer service in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Technical support for our web hosting and domain customers
  • Product testing and active participation in product development
  • Troubleshooting and transfers of WordPress and Joomla installations
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base

Requirements

  • Completed technical training and several years of experience in technical support
  • Solid knowledge of WordPress, Joomla and similar CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with FTP, SSH and related technologies
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit
