Responsibilities
Facilitate the progress of deals through the Timoney sales pipeline in a timely manner.
Prepare, issue and follow up on sales meeting actions.
Support the preparation of customer proposals.
Participate in customer meetings and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of customer opportunities, and sales activities in Pipedrive CRM.
Provide sales support at major exhibitions.
Provide back-office support to the sales team.
Review and improve existing sales processes to enable the sales team to focus on winning business for the Company.
Support prospecting and market research initiatives as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) or equivalent technical discipline.
0-3 years of experience in technical sales, engineering support, or a similar role (internships and project experience will be considered).
Good understanding of mechanical engineering products and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude.
Delivery on commitments.
Requirement for travel.
