About the role

  • Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Phillip Jeffries driving strategic sales initiatives within the Contract Division. Leading a high-performing sales team in luxury wallcoverings and fostering growth in commercial interiors.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support a team of contract sales professionals
  • Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and performance reviews
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Align regional sales strategies with company goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Guide reps in developing and refining quarterly strategic plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, CX, and Design teams
  • Lead initiatives such as national sales meetings and onboarding programs
  • Track budgets and timelines to ensure project success
  • Promote transparent communication across teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years leading high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of the North American commercial market—bonus points for interiors industry experience
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles
  • Skilled in managing deadlines, budgets, and compensation plans with precision
  • Comfortable with Microsoft applications—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Confident and compelling in front of clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • A background in design is a plus—you understand the aesthetic and the audience
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% annually to key markets and events
