About the role

  • Sales Manager for telecommunications and devices, actively engaging with B2B clients. Responsible for building relationships, conducting sales talks, and analyzing market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell telecommunications devices and solutions to new and existing customers (B2B)
  • Acquire new customers and develop and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Conduct sales and advisory consultations — by telephone, digitally, and in person on-site
  • Independently identify new business opportunities and proactively acquire customers
  • Prepare proposals, conduct professional contract negotiations, and close deals
  • Analyze market and competitive developments and help shape innovative sales strategies

Requirements

  • You have sales experience — ideally in telecommunications, IT, or device sales
  • You are passionate about innovative devices and digital solutions
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, negotiation confidence, and enjoy direct customer contact
  • You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner
  • You have excellent written and spoken German — English skills are a plus
