About the role
- Investigate customer invoice disputes through data analysis
- Analyze traffic reports and invoices to identify billing errors and root causes
- Define credit proposals and approval chains, demonstrating business impact
- Investigate goodwill requests by reviewing service tickets and customer platform activity; negotiate settlements
- Proactively help customers resolve invoice queries
- Initiate collaboration across Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve billing disputes and develop remediation plans
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration
- Actively manage and prioritize a pipeline of assigned cases and projects
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Degree education. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business
- Numerate and literate, with advanced excel skills; comfortable using formulas to analyze data sets
- Junior project manager skills: balance competing priorities, manage stakeholder relations, communicate milestones
- Process oriented and adaptable; able to follow complex process maps and meet tight deadlines
- Customer focused; improve tools and experience for internal and external customers
- Collaborative and friendly; strong communication with diverse stakeholders
- Problem solver; proactively identify gaps and pitch solutions
- Comfortable in a fast pace, global & multicultural environment
- (Nice to have) Top notch Salesforce skills
- (Nice to have) Experience in a tech company
