  • Develop annual talent strategies that integrate components of talent reviews, succession planning, and support senior leader mobility

Requirements

  • 10 years of professional experience
  • Interpreting business strategy into talent initiatives
  • Operational excellence in overseeing large-scale talent initiatives with precision and risk mitigation
  • Talent Management experience with deep knowledge of key talent/performance practices
  • Succession planning experience to identify, develop, and track future leaders
  • Change management experience in leading transformative work
  • Experience building scalable programs that incorporate real-time data changes with measurement and evaluation
  • Stakeholder management, building trust with executives, HRBPs, and cross-functional leaders
  • Project management and timeline development
  • Data manipulation and management
  • Technical fluency in key HR technology platforms (i.e., Workday, Fuel50)
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
