Lead high-value negotiations and present Azerion’s Infinity Platform, premium supply, and creative offerings as essential elements of clients’ marketing mix.
Collaborate closely with product and trading teams to design tailored, data-driven solutions leveraging Azerion’s unique audience insights and technology stack.
Identify and capitalize on emerging verticals, market opportunities, and industry trends to expand Azerion’s footprint and client reach.
Stay ahead of competitive dynamics and the evolving adtech landscape to proactively guide client strategies.
Represent Azerion at key industry events, conferences, and forums to elevate brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Partner with trading specialists, client services, and research teams to deliver best-in-class campaign performance and service excellence.
Share actionable client and market insights with leadership to inform sales strategy, product innovation, and roadmap development.
Requirements
4–7+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad tech sales, with a proven track record in programmatic media and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across agencies and brands (both holding companies and independents) within the U.S. market, ideally including New York and surrounding regions.
Deep understanding of premium data solutions, custom creative formats, curated PMPs, and cookieless targeting strategies leveraging audience segmentation and behavioral intelligence technologies.
Proven ability to negotiate and close six- and seven-figure deals, demonstrating commercial acumen and executive presence in high-stakes discussions.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and independent, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic and consultative mindset — able to balance short-term wins with sustainable, long-term client growth.
