Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Retail industry work experience
5-7+ years sales/merchant level experience with Target required
Advanced project/process skill set, including experience in P&Ls and financial analysis
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing brands in a large retail format
