About the role
- Manage a dynamic survey team located in New York and New Jersey who specialize in topographic survey, 3D scanning, boundary survey and bathymetric survey.
- Use your knowledge of the public and private sector to develop business throughout NY and NJ.
- Leverage significant project management experience to deliver best-in-class projects for existing clients.
- Manage and direct up to 8 survey crews at a time and a staff of CAD techs and PMs.
- Act as a subject matter expert to clients and to mentor and develop junior staff.
Requirements
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in New York and New Jersey.
- 10 years of experience in topographic survey, 3D scanning, boundary survey and bathymetric survey.
- 5 years of experience delivering projects for public agencies and private clients.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Leica Infinity, Cyclone, MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- RPLS in additional states (Preferred).
- Polished presentation skills (Preferred).
- Excellent organizational abilities (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams (Preferred).
