Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition for private market business
Design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs
Build and optimize campaigns that drive qualified leads
Develop lead nurturing programs using email, content, and retargeting
Collaborate closely with sales to align on ICP, messaging, and lead handoff processes
Implement and manage marketing tech stack tools to track and measure campaign success
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in demand generation
Proven success in building and scaling acquisition programs from scratch
Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing including paid media, SEO, email, events, and partnerships
Strong analytical skills and data fluency
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field
