About the role

  • Director of Demand Generation at Fidelity managing demand generation engines and driving customer acquisition. Responsible for building scalable campaigns and optimizing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition for private market business
  • Design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs
  • Build and optimize campaigns that drive qualified leads
  • Develop lead nurturing programs using email, content, and retargeting
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align on ICP, messaging, and lead handoff processes
  • Implement and manage marketing tech stack tools to track and measure campaign success

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in demand generation
  • Proven success in building and scaling acquisition programs from scratch
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing including paid media, SEO, email, events, and partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field
