About the role

  • Lead LoadUp’s digital marketing strategy and manage budgets to achieve growth and profitability goals.
  • Build and optimize demand generation programs across both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Stay ahead of digital, AI, and consumer trends to keep LoadUp at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Own website strategy in partnership with web development and brand teams; drive site optimization to improve conversions and customer experience.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, integrations, and technologies that enhance digital performance.
  • Oversee SEO, media, content, and social to ensure all channels work together to deliver measurable results.
  • Guide creation and optimization of blogs, guides, landing pages, and digital assets; lead thought leadership and conversion-focused content.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure campaigns are efficient, effective, and on brand.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product to align digital strategy with the full customer journey and connect marketing to revenue.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience with a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Success driving demand and conversions across both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, website strategy, paid media, social, and content marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience working in Agile environments.
  • Comfortable collaborating with web development and design teams to optimize websites for brand consistency, user experience, and conversion.
  • Skilled at managing and partnering with external agencies to deliver results.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and digital design tools.
  • Advanced analytical ability with expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related platforms.
  • Collaborative leader who can mentor and roll up their sleeves when needed.
