About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and market position.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and web metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Consult and collaborate with clients on opportunities for growth through new or expanded services.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep clients—and our agency—at the forefront.
  • Present digital strategies and results to clients, ensuring they understand the ROI and long-term value of our work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, website development, local SEO, online reviews, and social media strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and email marketing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings or company events.
