About the role
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social media
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations for optimization

- Support the development of ad copy and promotional messaging in collaboration with the creative and content teams
- Contribute to campaign planning discussions by sharing data-driven insights and executional recommendations

Requirements
- 5+ years of agency experience or in-house marketing environment
- Experience in campaign execution across email and paid media
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign optimization strategies
- Experience with martech tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, and Contentful
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Data-driven and detail-oriented with a creative edge
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Curiosity and comfort in exploring AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
