- Digital Marketing & Amazon Coordinator responsible for digital marketing campaigns and Amazon listings for a global compression solution provider. Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing e-commerce initiatives with a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central account, monitoring account health, performance metrics and compliance with Amazon policies.
- Assist with maintaining product listings (A+ Content, titles, bullets, descriptions, images).
- Resolve listing issues, customer feedback, and performance warnings.
- Support the organization's digital marketing initiatives through careful planning and coordination of campaigns.
- Program and deploy content across all assigned digital channels according to the digital marketing campaign calendar.
- Measure the success of each campaign based on the performance of channel KPIs and create monthly reports on the effectiveness of all campaigns.
- Optimize content for all digital platforms (SEO website, content production, social platforms, etc.).
- Contribute creative ideas to Digital Marketing Manager and Director to support relevant content development.
- Assist other third-party administrative tasks and MAP enforcement.
- General assistance with influencer campaigns, photo shoots and other departmental projects.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant degree.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing digital marketing and supporting Amazon Marketplace Management.
- Strong knowledge and experience of all different marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
