Responsibilities
Support the Disney Entertainment Digital Marketing team in creative planning, development, production, and execution of content for multiple TWDC YouTube channels
Day-to-day creative responsibilities including asset gathering, creation, and creative reviews
Work in tandem with Publishing on performance packaging, data-driven optimization
Provide notes and feedback on original and derivative content productions
Collaborate with teams on strategic content development and execution
Limited video and asset editing, and content exporting
Pull timecodes for asset creation and deliver vendor assets
Coordinate development of channel-specific original programming
Monitor YouTube content creators and new trends to improve creative performance
Deck creation and assist in production of original and derivative content
Basic asset management, as needed
Requirements
1+ years of experience in social/digital marketing
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word), Google Docs, Box, Keynote/PowerPoint
Adept at content editing and creation with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere
Previous experience with CRM tools, i.e. Airtable, Zendesk
Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically YouTube
Strong language and copy-writing skills
Impeccable eye for detail and ability to communicate clearly
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-forward environment
Outstanding organization and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly as needed
Solid technical understanding of YouTube channel operations and backend
