About the role

  • Brand leadership & positioning: Overall responsibility for the external perception and brand positioning of the MAI Group
  • Ensure a consistent corporate identity and corporate communication across all channels and operating companies
  • Act as a driver for new projects, topics and formats that further strengthen the MAI brand
  • Independently plan, manage and execute holistic marketing and PR strategies in a B2B environment and run marketing campaigns
  • Analyze customer needs as well as market and competitor developments
  • Continuously monitor market opportunities, trends and innovations in the marketing landscape
  • Responsible for the further development and maintenance of the company website
  • Manage corporate communications across all channels – social media, newsletters, website, PR and internal communications
  • Develop storylines, case studies, credentials and communication materials to strengthen the MAI brand
  • Support award submissions, white papers and thought-leadership initiatives
  • Brief, manage and coordinate the internal marketing team and external partners
  • Work closely with Executive Management, HR, Sales and the Business Units
  • Ensure efficient processes, coordination and quality standards in marketing
  • Plan, organize and support client events, trade shows and internal events
  • Develop creative activations and communication measures around events
  • Independently implement ad-hoc projects, special initiatives and brand collaborations
  • Proactively identify new topics and opportunities to further develop the MAI brand presence

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in marketing, communications management or brand management
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a passion for modern, creative communication
  • Strong instinct for brand management, storytelling and design
  • Experience in B2B communication, digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of social media, website management, PR and event organization
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Confident handling of common marketing tools, CMS and analytics systems
  • Technical know-how and at least basic knowledge of tools such as Miro, Figma or Canva are desirable
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for leading and inspiring teams
