You test new approaches and creatives, work closely with Content, Sales and Ticketing teams, and bring fresh ideas
You continually develop our digital strategy — always with a view to reach, conversion and audience engagement
Requirements
Several years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Confident handling of tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, Pixel)
Enjoy working with data, numbers & performance optimization
Analytical mindset, self‑initiative and team spirit
Experience in ticketing, A/B testing or SEO is a plus
Nice-to-have: basic knowledge of automation, programmatic ads or technical skills (HTML/CSS, data protection, tracking)
