About the role

  • You manage our online campaigns from concept to success — with a focus on ticket sales for our live shows
  • You analyze results and identify what really works — so every click measurably contributes to success
  • You ensure clear data and reliable insights so decisions are based on facts
  • You test new approaches and creatives, work closely with Content, Sales and Ticketing teams, and bring fresh ideas
  • You continually develop our digital strategy — always with a view to reach, conversion and audience engagement

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Confident handling of tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, Pixel)
  • Enjoy working with data, numbers & performance optimization
  • Analytical mindset, self‑initiative and team spirit
  • Experience in ticketing, A/B testing or SEO is a plus
  • Nice-to-have: basic knowledge of automation, programmatic ads or technical skills (HTML/CSS, data protection, tracking)
