About the role

  • Lead the design, development, governance, and administration of compensation programs globally
  • Work collaboratively across Business Units and Functions to support and implement strategic compensation initiatives
  • Develop advanced compensation models and analytics for budgeting, plan design, and planning cycles
  • Provide compensation support and counsel to assigned clients, business units, and cross-functional partners
  • Advise on external employment offers, job leveling, promotions, and competitive compensation analysis
  • Assess effectiveness of compensation policies, recommend strategic revisions
  • Direct enterprise-wide compensation planning activities, including salary increase and incentive cycles
  • Analyze market pricing, participate in salary survey matching, and analyze market trends
  • Perform line management responsibilities: professional development, performance appraisals, employee counseling
  • Manage staff: assign project work, review workload, establish goals
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations impacting compensation plans and policies
  • Champion experimentation with AI and oversee compensation reporting, pay equity analyses, dashboards, and M&A support

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a related field
  • 10 years of related experience as a compensation professional
  • 2 years management experience
  • Strategic thinker with a strong compensation background in large global companies
  • Sales compensation experience preferred
  • CCP, GRP, and/or S/PHR certification preferred
  • Workday and Payfactors experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify creative solutions and implement with minimal direction
  • Professionalism and effective ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
