Requirements
- Master's degree (Level 7 / Bac +5) in management, healthcare, or the medico-social field
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strong empathy for elderly residents and their families
- Significant experience in managing medico-social establishments is strongly preferred
- Excellent team management, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in regulatory and financial aspects related to the medico-social sector
