- Build and oversee Menasha’s enterprise data and analytics platforms
- Lead a team of data engineers, architects, and data scientists
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience
- 5+ years leading enterprise data, reporting & analytics in manufacturing or supply chain industries
- Proven track record in data and Analytics transformation
- Experience in big data, predictive and prescriptive analytics, simulation, optimization, IoT, and AI/ML
- Experience with SAP data models, SAP S/4HANA, Azure/AWS cloud platforms, Power BI, ETL, and enterprise data warehouses/lakes
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Experience designing and managing data platforms supporting connected supply chain ecosystems
