About the role

  • Drive the strategy and execution of fintech products across Lovey Platform Squad B2B and Lovey App – B2C
  • Craft and own the product roadmap around digital customer journeys, AI-powered tools, cloud modernisation, and fintech platforms
  • Align initiatives to broader business goals – growth, innovation, risk mitigation, and transformation
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams (developers, designers, data, etc.)
  • Oversee agency partners, ensuring cohesion, quality, and timeline adherence
  • Define success metrics, measure impact, gather insights, and iterate
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness and adherence to FCA regulation
  • Communicate product vision and progress to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven fintech expertise: Extensive experience in product leadership within the financial services sector—ideally in scaling fintech firms
  • Tech-savvy background: Hands-on with Flutter Web/Mobile and modern web stack
  • Kanban delivery mastery: Comfortable leading without time-boxed Scrum ceremonies. Experience with Linear is a plus
  • Regulatory familiarity: Experienced in building in regulated environments, ideally FCA-authorised
  • Excellent leadership: Track record of managing and inspiring engineers, designers, and agencies
  • Analytical mindset: Driven by metrics and customer feedback to promote data-led decisions
