About the role

Requirements
- Hold a Level 7 (Bac +5) degree in management, health, or medico-social fields (e.g., Master MOSS, CAFDES).
- Significant experience in directing a medico-social establishment is highly desirable.
- Excellent team management, project management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the regulatory and financial aspects of the medico-social sector.
