Responsibilities
Translate the overall marketing strategy into tailored social media initiatives that deliver measurable impact
Lead the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and global marketing priorities
Lead the Digital Media agencies in implementing UBQ digital strategy
Create engaging content (images, videos, graphics, captions) for different platforms — while also coordinating with external agencies or freelancers when needed
Develop publishing calendars and manage scheduling across social media platforms
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging practices to enhance effectiveness
Jointly with external agencies support will engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in line with the company’s brand voice
Track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights
Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and amplification of campaigns across all channels
Requirements
5 years of proven experience in social media strategy and execution within a global environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results in social media campaigns (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience targeting, and analytics
Familiarity with design and content production tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps)
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and visual
Creativity, strategic mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving trends.
