Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence across digital retail channels
  • Own account-level financial performance, strategic planning, and execution of ecommerce programs
  • Optimize sales, margin, and process efficiency while fostering strong partnerships with retailers, vendors, and Amazon teams
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central operations, including catalog optimization and pricing strategy
  • Lead account strategy including merchant/vendor relationships and agency coordination
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce account management
  • Preferred experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance metric tracking
  • Expertise in Amazon advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, DSP) and marketplace optimization strategies
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing vendor relationships, agencies, and internal teams
