About the role

  • Sales Director responsible for Solution Sales and team leadership at Swisscom. Driving sales and developing IT solutions in the Swiss B2B market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for solutions in the domains: Networking, Multi-Cloud, Security Services, Data Center Services, Modern Work / Collaboration and Workplace
  • The portfolio ranges from standard solutions to managed services and outsourcing models for large enterprise customers
  • Understand clients' business needs and translate them into future-oriented IT solutions
  • Spend 60% of your time leading and developing the Solution Sales team; invest 40% of your time in direct solution sales activities with our customers

Requirements

  • Degree (university / UAS / higher vocational diploma / EFZ) in Computer Science or Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Several years' experience in leading and selling IT services to large enterprise customers, with proven success in negotiations and contract closures
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT solutions business in the Swiss B2B market
  • Communicative, confident in appearance, and possessing a strong can-do attitude
  • Enjoys teamwork and coaching and developing employees
  • Structured, independent working style and strong commitment
  • Very good German and English; additional national languages an advantage
