About the role

  • Develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops) in alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Steer the digital tool lifecycle – from ideation and evaluation to implementation across several functions (e.g. product management, sales, digital farming- and IT experts).
  • Identify new digital tool opportunities delivering added value for farmers.
  • Optimize and expand the existing digital tool portfolio.
  • Develop country roadmaps and lead the roll-out.
  • Develop and implement tool-relevant marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and track the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns to measure product success.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate internationally within the Business Unit and with cross-functional teams; occasional international travel (up to 10%).

Requirements

  • University degree in agricultural sciences or with digital/technology focus.
  • Experience in digital product management, ideally in agriculture or agtech.
  • Knowledge of agriculture and digital farming solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
  • Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive.
  • Open and persuasive personality with excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
  • Analytical skills combined with ability to design and implement new solutions and turn strategy into actions.
