About the role

  • Primary manager of the digital channels, including but not limited to emails, in-app messages, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring quality and efficiency of use
  • Initiates programs to improve the quality and efficiency of communications across all digital channels
  • Implements, measures and evaluates digital marketing campaigns and marketing automations across multiple digital channels of engagement, providing reports, analyses and recommendations
  • Tracks all projects/initiatives that are being implemented through our digital channels and ensures their efficiency, quality and timely delivery
  • Ensures the proper scheduling and campaign logic for communications across digital channels
  • Contributes to the development and delivery of digital marketing and marketing automation content, including but not limited to implementing and testing automation workflows, digital tracking measures such as links and QR codes, etc.
  • Takes care of overall hygiene, maintenance and documentation for communications in our tools (e.g. Customer.io), including management of required events/attributes, environments used, and proper tagging and organization.
  • Ensure the delivery of other Marketing requirements that may arise, especially from CLM or Digital Ops, such as contributing to the development of campaign-related materials, proper configuration of marketing automation content, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, such as Digital Marketing Specialist, CRM Marketing Manager, or Marketing Automation Specialist
  • Experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns, generating and analyzing performance data, generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Understanding of marketing data concepts including events, attributes, and segmentation
  • Proficiency in marketing automation/customer engagement platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Hubspot, Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.), and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira)
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and exceptional communication skills
