Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum of 5 years demonstrated results in Supply Chain demand planning.
- Advanced degree with minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Expert knowledge of demand planning & financial planning processes.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, inclusive of IBP/S&OP.
- Strong business acumen.
- Superior project management skills.
- Detailed knowledge of PMI processes and PMP accreditation.
- Mastery in Supply Chain systems (Blue Yonder, SAP, ECC, APO, Manugistics, BI, Tableau).
- Experience deploying new Supply Chain systems and processes.
- Innovative & proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Coaching mindset with the ability to drive employee engagement and development.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, change management, and stakeholder engagement experience.
