About the role
- Act as interface between product development and operative supply chain and procurement teams
- Organize delivery capability projects including plan, schedule and budget
- Coordinate virtual team members from Operations (supply chain, sourcing, component engineering, product data management, export control) and manufacturing partners
- Create delivery capability for new solutions and product releases
- Maintain volume delivery capability and implement HW and/or SW updates/upgrades
- Plan and implement ramp-down activities for older products or versions
- Follow up Quality targets & KPIs with manufacturing partners and implement corrective actions with Quality and R&D teams
- Support customer logistics processes requiring secure key management activities
- Work as part of New Product Introduction team in close cooperation with Product Development and R&D Maintenance teams
Requirements
- M.Sc or B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools development
- Good knowledge of agile SW development methodologies
- Project management experience in product development and maintenance environments
- Good communication and networking skills
- Good and quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Readiness to travel
- Fluent English skills
- Requires standard Finnish security clearance
