Act as interface between product development and operative supply chain and procurement teams
Organize delivery capability projects including plan, schedule and budget
Coordinate virtual team members from Operations (supply chain, sourcing, component engineering, product data management, export control) and manufacturing partners
Create delivery capability for new solutions and product releases
Maintain volume delivery capability and implement HW and/or SW updates/upgrades
Plan and implement ramp-down activities for older products or versions
Follow up Quality targets & KPIs with manufacturing partners and implement corrective actions with Quality and R&D teams
Support customer logistics processes requiring secure key management activities
Work as part of New Product Introduction team in close cooperation with Product Development and R&D Maintenance teams
Requirements
M.Sc or B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools development
Good knowledge of agile SW development methodologies
Project management experience in product development and maintenance environments
Good communication and networking skills
Good and quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Readiness to travel
Fluent English skills
Requires standard Finnish security clearance
