About the role
- Supply Order Manager responsible for managing master data processes in ERP systems for Sandoz's supply chain. Ensuring compliance and execution of logistics processes across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage complex local and global master data in a GxP environment
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the assigned area
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant execution of all logistics processes
- Guarantee material availability aligned with the approved production plan
- Own MRP-relevant data and technical specifications in the ERP system
- Manage complaints and returns of purchased items
- Provide load-balanced dispatch lists for incoming materials
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives
