About the role

  • Lead the execution of M&A and other transaction advisory projects, including financial due diligence, valuation, and strategic advisory.
  • Act as key contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and high-quality deliverables.
  • Define the project strategy and resource plan in collaboration with the Director, aligning with client goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely execution, effective collaboration, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Supervise and support team members, providing on-the-job training and contributing to their professional development.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, transaction services, corporate finance or related field (ideally in a consulting environment).
  • BSc in Finance, Economics or Accounting; an MSc or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFE) will be considered a strong asset.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and Greek GAAP) and strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent report writing skills and fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
