Responsibilities
Lead the execution of M&A and other transaction advisory projects, including financial due diligence, valuation, and strategic advisory.
Act as key contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and high-quality deliverables.
Define the project strategy and resource plan in collaboration with the Director, aligning with client goals and timelines.
Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely execution, effective collaboration, and optimal resource allocation.
Supervise and support team members, providing on-the-job training and contributing to their professional development.
Requirements
7–9 years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, transaction services, corporate finance or related field (ideally in a consulting environment).
BSc in Finance, Economics or Accounting; an MSc or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFE) will be considered a strong asset.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and Greek GAAP) and strong understanding of financial statements.
Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
Excellent report writing skills and fluency in both Greek and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to guide and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
