Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience in a customer- and commercially-focused retail environment within sports/fashion, including at least 12 months of responsibility as an Assistant Store Manager.

- Advanced verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of visual merchandising.
- Strong coaching and training skills.

- Maintain store processes and rules to ensure a smooth shopping experience by directing the team and replenishment activities.

- Understanding of store needs and acting accordingly.
- Advanced English skills.
