Requirements
Minimum 18 months of experience in a customer- and commercially-focused retail environment within sports/fashion, including at least 12 months of responsibility as an Assistant Store Manager.

Good knowledge of visual merchandising.

Maintain store processes and rules to ensure a smooth shopping experience by directing the team and replenishment activities.

Monitor performance data and KPIs and implement necessary actions to drive improvements.
